Summary: Some links on BeSwitchReady are affiliate links. If you click through and open a bank account, we may earn a small commission from the bank or comparison platform. This never affects how we rank or recommend offers — we only recommend offers based on their value to you.

How BeSwitchReady makes money

BeSwitchReady generates revenue in two ways:

  • Membership subscriptions: Your £1.98/month membership (two £0.99 Bacs Direct Debits) is our primary revenue. This is what keeps the service running.
  • Affiliate commissions: Some links on our Switching Offers page and within our blog posts are affiliate links. When you click these links and successfully open a bank account, we may receive a commission from the bank or from affiliate networks such as Awin, Skimlinks, TopCashback, or Quidco.

What this means for you

Affiliate commissions are paid by the bank or platform — not by you. You will never pay more for an account by clicking through our links. In some cases, using a cashback affiliate link may actually give you an additional bonus on top of the standard switching offer.

Where a link is an affiliate link, we indicate this with "sponsored" or note it in our disclosure banner at the top of the relevant page.

Our editorial independence

We do not rank switching offers based on affiliate payout. Offers on our Switching Offers page are ranked by headline bonus value only. We include offers that pay us no commission alongside those that do.

We will never recommend an offer that we believe to be poor value for our members, regardless of the commission it might earn us.
